Terms of Use / End User License Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to the internal QuickBooks integration and related software systems developed and operated by Varland Plating.
Internal Business Use Only
The application is an internal business system intended solely for use by Varland Plating and its authorized personnel.
The application is not offered, licensed, distributed, or made available to customers, vendors, unrelated businesses, consumers, or the general public.
Authorized Users
Access is limited to individuals authorized by Varland Plating.
Users may access or use the application only for legitimate company business and in accordance with applicable company policies, security requirements, and access permissions.
QuickBooks Online Integration
The application connects to QuickBooks Online through services provided by Intuit.
Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's applicable agreements, policies, and terms.
The integration may read, create, update, or otherwise process accounting and business information within Varland Plating's QuickBooks Online company as required for authorized internal workflows.
Ownership
The internal application, including its source code, configuration, interfaces, workflows, and related materials, is owned by or maintained for Varland Plating except where third-party software or services are used under their respective licenses.
No rights are granted to distribute, sublicense, sell, publish, or otherwise make the application available outside of authorized company use.
Acceptable Use
Authorized users must not:
Access the application without authorization
Attempt to bypass access controls or security mechanisms
Use the application for purposes unrelated to authorized company business
Disclose credentials, tokens, or other sensitive system information
Intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the application or connected services
Availability and Changes
Varland Plating may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the application or any of its functionality at any time as business requirements change.
Because the application is an internal business system, no guarantee of continuous availability or functionality is provided.
Disclaimer
The application is provided for internal operational use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Varland Plating makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, compatibility with third-party services, or freedom from errors.
Limitation of Use
The application may only be connected to QuickBooks companies and other systems that Varland Plating is authorized to access.
Use of the application does not grant any rights to access another organization's accounting or business information.
Termination of Access
Varland Plating may revoke an individual's access to the application at any time, including when employment, responsibilities, or authorization changes.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the application, company policies, third-party services, or applicable requirements.
