Customizable Finishes: Choose from a variety of finishes, including clear/blue, yellow, and deep black trivalent finishes on our automated line. For our clear and black finishes, we offer both inorganic and organic topcoats designed to enhance corrosion resistance, while torque modifiers are available to meet your Coefficient of Friction (COF) requirements.
Coverage & Flexibility: Our Zinc plating provides excellent coverage even in deep recesses and internal surfaces, ensuring that every component receives uniform protection, regardless of its geometry. We also offer a hexavalent yellow finish on our manual line for applications where this specific finish is required.
Industry Compliance: Our clear trivalent chromate finishes are RoHS, ELV, and WEEE compliant, meeting stringent environmental and safety standards.
